Volume 21 Issue 7, July 2024
What's New in July
Hot, hot, hot. In an effort to offset the hot summer, I’m working on fall and winter items for 2024. I have created a dozen trick or treat bags, and I am in the process of putting together shirts and sweatshirts for those cold fall air.
The red onions never appeared, but I did have a dozen black swallowtail butterflies hatch and wander around my parsley and dill. Out of the dozen caterpillars, we only had three of them make it through to taking flight. We had a lot of torrential rains during their time, so anything could have happened to them. They were caged to keep the wasps out, but things happen.
Last month, Harry and I had birthdays, so we’re both a little older and not much wiser.
July will see a lot more fall items, including more autumn and Christmas pillows and shirts. In addition, The Hairy Dog Store is ramping up for the holidays with wall art and holiday items.

What’s New
Sarcastic Mugs & Shirts: I don’t know why I woke up with a sarcastic response to everything the other day, but I channeled the remarks into coffee mugs, t-shirts, and sweatshirts.
Journals: I have a few designed and more on the desktop. I did two gardener specific journals; one with prompts and one with gratitude quotes. The dragonfly journal is blank inside, and the glimmer journal offers a place to write down your glimmers.
Halloween Trick or Treat Bags: Yes, there are now a dozen trick or treat bags in the shop with matching shirts on the horizon.
Until next month,
Julie
