What's New in November?
As we get into winter, we see the last of the 2024 hurricane season. I pray that we don’t have another Helene or Milton as we close the season; although there is another system swirling around in the tropics that may go east or may go west as we speak.
We were spared the worst of these storms with minimal damage from Milton, but several tornadoes caused extensive damage around us.
One of the strangest outcomes of Hurricane Helene was the change in migratory birds. Birds changed course and avoided the mass of Helene, and while they made it to their destinations okay after the storm, we saw a change in our bird feeder. For the first time ever, we had a pair of Red Breasted Grosbeaks enjoying the feeder. It’s a bad photo, but I was so busy trying to figure out who he was to take a clear photo.
What’s New
Sarcastic Mugs & Shirts: I don’t know why I woke up with a sarcastic response to everything the other day, but I channeled the remarks into coffee mugs, t-shirts, and sweatshirts.
Journals: I have a few designed and more on the desktop. I did two gardener specific journals; one with prompts and one with gratitude quotes. The dragonfly journal is blank inside, and the glimmer journal offers a place to write down your glimmers.
Nurse and Teacher License Plates: Back to working on my front license plates.

Throw Pillows: I want to focus on new throw pillows for the rest of the year. I have a lot of tropical theme ideas that I want to use in new designs.
