Volume 21 Issue 12, December 2024
What's New in December?
Here we are at the end of another year. Every year I wonder where the days have gone, but this year, I think I know. I spent most of it organizing Blue Morning Expressions and doing some most needed traveling. I think we went on more long distance jaunts this year than we have in years. Between New England, Washington DC, and camping on the Skyline Drive in Virginia, we’ve trekked across many miles of the East Coast. We had planned a trip to the Redwoods, but between fires and droughts, we decided to do a little more exploring on this coast.
As I wind down the year and get ready for 2025, I realize that cleaning up and changing directions with BME has been a big undertaking. Between losing months due to Covid and our travels, I didn’t get much done. So, with my usual optimistic outlook, I head into 2025 with the desire to get my work area cleaned up. Here’s to that goal!Â
Shenandoah Valley Lewis Mountain cabins were a great place to drop out and off the grid for a few days. Got some hiking in too! If you enjoy camping and hiking, this is a great getaway.
