Returns and Refunds

We appreciate your business, so it is very important to us that you enjoy your purchase. Whether it is a set of beads or a pair of earrings, here are the return policies:

• Contact us by email for return information, so we can watch for it
• Use our shipping address as your return address
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Returns are paid for by the customer unless the product is damaged in transit
• All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation 
• No restocking fees
• Download patterns are NOT refundable

In many cases, there are exceptions to the rules, but here are our general guidelines. Please let me know in advance that you want to return something, so I can watch my mailbox for it.
