What's New in January
Another year! Time seems to fly when you’re having fun, and we’ve had some fun this year. Between great vacations, surprising my parents for Christmas, and cool friends and family, 2023 was a good year.
It’s going to take some time to clean up my office after the holidays, so I’m looking forward to taking a few days off to work on getting organized for 2024. As the end of year, I’ve taken big steps to move from handmade to playing with graphics. I have to say, I’m having great fun with trying my hand at design. From here, I’m working on gifts for gearheads, gifts for cowgirls, gifts for Grandma, gifts for yoga lovers, and gifts for gardeners.
The Hairy Dog Store (Harry’s store) is now open, but it only has one item in it. I’ve been a bit scattered; however, I do have a long list of things to do as I get ready to get the store moving. It specializes in customization and personalization products for dogs. In the meantime, we’ve been busy getting the year wrapped up.
One side trip included the Native Rhythms Festival where I enjoyed a lot of great music and came away with a new band to listen to: Painted Ravens
