Volume 20 Issue 2, February 2023
What's New in February
The month was not as productive as I had hoped it would be, but I did get the 1960s Music Trivia book done and published. The hard copy is still in edit, but the ebook version is alive and well. I have a bit of a rest before starting the 1970s Music Trivia book, which is the next in the series.
In the meantime, I have been busy fiddling around with Zazzle and managed to create a dozen address labels using some of my artwork. While they were simple in design, they were addictive to create, so I didn’t know where to stop.
It was a quiet January, and we had some nice little cold snaps in there, but I didn’t create much this month. I am working on a building a vegetable garden, so my time has been spent planting seeds, tending to tiny plants and watching 22 monarch caterpillars demolish my milkweed crop. They keep coming and coming, no matter how much I try to discourage them. If my vegetables are half as successful as my monarch nursery has been, we should eat for months.
I did find one product that I think I am going to try to make: plant stakes.
Enjoy a red-headed woodpecker selecting seeds from my feeder. He’s a regular.
What’s New
New Book: 1960s Music Trivia: Songs, Singers and Events that Shaped the Music of the 1960s available in ebook and paperback. Do you know who sang "Paint it Black"? That too easy? They are not all easy questions. :)
You will find all of my beads, canes and finished jewelry on my website. www.bluemorningexpressions.com
Until next month,
Julie
